Curvebeam Is Looking for Its Next Tech Support Specialist

Samantha Irving, Customer Care Manager, and the rest of the Curvebeam team are looking for their newest teammate, and it could be you.

The company is looking to hire a Tech Support Specialist, a role that will support one of the tenets of Curvebeam’s approach to doing business – customer support.

The ideal candidate, then, will always approach their work in a way that puts the customer first and will respond promptly and politely to issues Curvebeam customers are facing.

The position would work out of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, with some travel possible depending on if the candidate wants to or not. For example, some Curvebeam employees in similar roles will sometimes visit local offices within driving distance for more interpersonal support.

“At Curvebeam, customer support is really key to who we are. We need someone who’s able to put the customer first,” Irving said. “They would be responsible for answering phone call support and some email support, as well, troubleshooting the software and hardware remotely, and being able to train users on how to use our software.”

Candidates with bachelor’s or associate’s degrees in a relevant technical or engineering discipline, as well as two years of technical experience, are encouraged to apply.
